When you apply for Social Security Disability, the Social Security Administration will actually send you some paperwork that you have to fill out. One of the forms that they may ask you to fill out is a Work Activity Report, or they’ll send you a Disability Function Report.
The important thing is you want Social Security to know what it’s like to walk a mile in your shoes, so you want to give inclusive answers. Don’t think of how you function on your best day. You want Social Security to know what an average day in your life is like.
