Marasco & Nesselbush, LLP Editorial Guidelines

The website of Marasco & Nesselbush, LLP is designed to provide educational and informational resources for anyone interested in expanding their understanding of personal injury law. The website presents a fusion of valuable resources for clients, legal professionals, and members of the public who are seeking legal knowledge for personal or professional reasons.

Accomplished Legal Professionals

Marasco & Nesselbush, LLP began as a partnership between two attorneys who decided to dedicate their lives to helping people in the best way they could; by making the law work for people, not against them. Attorneys Joseph Marasco and Donna Nesselbush specifically wanted to protect and help those who have suffered life-altering injuries.

Both partners practiced law for nearly 10 years prior to realizing their strength would be amplified by joining forces. Marasco & Nesselbush, LLP was formed in 1999. The firm quickly built a reputation for excellence by achieving extraordinary results for  Social Security disability and personal injury clients. In addition to providing remarkable legal support, our firm also founded the Marasco & Nesselbush Charitable Foundation to improve the lives of people in communities across Rhode Island, throughout New England, and around the world.

Marasco & Nesselbush has grown exponentially since inception not just in size, but also in impact, as new attorneys and staff brought in additional experience and expertise. Our firm is now counted among the most accomplished firms in Rhode Island, offering a combined 300 years of personal injury experience. The award-winning legal team has collectively advocated on behalf of clients who have endured every form of physical injury stemming from an accident in which a third-party entity bears all or some liability. Our team has recovered over $100 million on behalf of our firm’s clients. With physical offices in Providence, Wakefield, Warwick, and Woonsocket, our attorneys have access to vast resources while providing local care.

This collection of knowledge and experience supports the core content distributed throughout the Marasco & Nesselbush website, M-N-Law.com. All of the content on this website is routinely examined by attorneys Joe Marasco and Donna Nesselbush, the firm’s founding partners and brilliant client advocates.

Joe and Donna are known for their empathetic approach to every case that comes their way. Both are skillful attorneys who have made a name for themselves as powerful defenders in the world of injury law. Joe and Donna place particular emphasis on staying updated on rules and regulations and are viewed by their peers as astute, analytical thought leaders and legal writers.

Attorney Joe Marasco earned his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University School of Law. As a law student, he was recognized for having a high level of professional ethics and progressive trial advocacy. After graduation, he worked to build a reputation as a brilliant, devoted attorney committed to the legal domain of personal injury law. In 1999 he founded Marasco & Nesselbush with his colleague and good friend, Donna Nesselbush.

Donna attained her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University School of Law in Boston. She has devoted her life to doing everything she can to protect the downtrodden and the disabled. She understands different approaches are required for physical and mental types of injuries and places emphasis on aiding her clients throughout the healing process. Prior to becoming an attorney, Donna served as the Executive Director of the Rhode Island Coalition Against Domestic Violence, where she became known as a reliably tough advocate for victims of domestic violence. Today, attorney Donna M. Nesselbush commits her legal practice to Social Security Disability.

Both partners are incredibly passionate about helping clients achieve justice. As a result, they have been exposed to more types of personal injury cases than most attorneys will see in their lifetimes.

To validate the veracity of our written content, Joe Marasco and Donna Nesselbush refer to their own experiences and rely upon the vast expertise and knowledge supplied by the attorneys and staff at Marasco & Nesselbush.
