Narragansett Lions Club Annual Golf Tournament For Camp Mauchatea

Published

On Friday June 25, 2021 a team from Marasco & Nesselbush joined the Narragansett Lions Club for their annual golf tournament supporting Camp Mauchatea. Camp Mauchatea is an extended overnight camping and adventure experience for Rhode Island’s blind and visually impaired on their journey to adulthood.

The goal of the Lions of Rhode Island is to allow every visually impaired child in the state to participate in this unparalleled recreational program, and to make these positive confidence building experiences even better with the passing years.

The Narragansett Lions Club was established in 1969 and is the largest Lions Club in the New England Region. All proceeds from fundraisers and functions that they conduct during the year go to specific causes such as Camp Mauchatea.

“The Narragansett Lions Club works hard to support and help as many wonderful causes like this. We are so proud to help support organizations that are working to better our community” -Joseph Marasco
