Dear Clients And Friends:
During these unprecedented times, the health and safety of our clients, staff, and community members are our highest priority. Our office remains open, however, we are limiting the number of team members at each of our locations as well as limiting the number of visitors to our offices.
For the health and safety of our clients, we now build and maintain relationships while providing trusted legal care without the risks associated with coming into our offices. To accomplish this, we have invested in unique technology that allow us to effectively communicate through video conferencing, and other means. For case documents that require signatures, we are using a secure online technology to execute these documents virtually.
If you need to drop off documents to our office, we ask that you first contact your legal assistant. At our headquarter office in Providence, there is a secure drop box in the entryway. Arrangements can be made for any of our other offices.
Please know that we are here for you and we are available should you wish to contact us about a new claim or schedule a video conference with your legal team.
