New Client Relation Specialist – Social Security Disability

Growing, fast-paced Providence law firm seeks is seeking someone with a call center background to join our Social Security Practice Group.  Our firm is committed to world class client service.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Friendly and patient personality

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform Initial Office Conferences with potential new clients
  • Support attorneys on social security cases
  • Enter relevant information into Needles (operating system)
  • Update Needles throughout the life of all assigned cases
  • Read and understand attorney strategies on assigned cases
  • Communicate with clients as required using email, regular mail, and the phone
  • Complete date dependent tasks on time
  • Document all correspondence on a case in Needles
  • Communicate internally with other departments (medical records, intake)
  • Set calendar items in attorney calendars as required
  • Task yourself and others to ensure completion of these tasks
  • Check case status as frequent as required per procedure.
  • Contact clients as frequent per procedure.
  • Assist clients with required paperwork.
  • Schedule in office conferences as required.
  • Open, sort, scan, and file incoming mail and faxes.
