GloriDays 2021 charity walk for Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Resource Foundation

On June 5, 2021 the Marasco & Nesselbush team participated in the GloriDays walk for the Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Resource Foundation. This foundation began in 2004 in memory of Gloria Gemma, a wife and mother of nine who lost her fight with breast cancer in 2002. Since its beginning, the foundation has been able to provide free support, education and wellness services to anyone impacted by cancer as well as enhance the quality of life for cancer patients and their families which include providing education and community outreach to the public.

Each year, GloriDays participants walk 44 miles to help provide the free services the foundation offers. This year, the walk was once again virtual which allowed our team to walk together and with their families. The Marasco & Nesselbush team took the opportunity to gather at Roger Williams Park to do their part and walk 4.4 miles in support of the GloriDays mission

“The Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Resource Foundation is near and dear to our team. We enjoy showing our support by participating in both the GloriDays walk and the Flames of Hope event in the fall. Everything they do for not just the patient but the family too is what adds to the quality of who they are. They stay with you from the beginning and give support in everyway possible.”
