Partner Joe Marasco and associate Attorney Thomas Moran achieved a one million two hundred and fifty-thousand-dollar policy limit recovery on behalf of our client who sustained a traumatic brain injury. Our nineteen- year-old client was a passenger in a negligently operated car. The driver was operating at a high rate of speed and lost control of the car causing it to leave the road, crashing into a guardrail.

A neuro-cognitive evaluation was performed which established the long-term impact of the injury.
